Prenatal pilates is a type of pilates designed for pregnant women. Prenatal pilates is about helping you prepare for childbirth by focusing on safe techniques and poses in all stages of pregnancy.

Prenatal Pilates sessions have all the features of Pilates but are specifically designed to accommodate the needs of the expectant mother in a safe manner. Whilst classes focus on strength and stability prior to birth, exercises adjust each trimester.
