Exercise and Stress Levels
                    World Health Organisation(WHO) recommends;
- 150 min of moderate
 - 75min of vigorous exercise per week

or a combination of both!
Physical inactivity may cause;
- Increased Obesity Risk
 - Cancer
 - Metabolic syndrome
 - Cardiovascular diseases
 - Decreased self-esteem
 - Decreased body satisfaction

Even with moderate exercise;
- Physical and mental well-being increase;
 - Stress levels, cortisol and heart rate decrease.
 - Perception of stress improves

Stress causes fluctuations in cortisol levels.
Once the cortisol release is induced by stress, the hormonal profile of the body is effected as a whole.
Here are some of the end results of excess cortisol on other hormonal systems:
- reduces testosterone levels
 - changes in libido
 - changes in menstrual cycle
 - increased oestrogen
 - decreased thyroid function
 - increased inflammation
 - weakened immunity

Practicing regularly and spread well over a week, regulates blood cortisol levels, sugar metabolism and general well being.
